Another Mother of a Murdered USS Cole Sailor Speaks Out

This mother's words break my heart.

This interview of Diane McDaniels took place following the first time that President Obama dropped charges against the mastermind of her son's murderer, Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, who headed al-Qaeda's operations in the Persian Gulf until he was captured in 2002. Since his inauguration, Obama has changed al-Nashiri's trial venue three times, resulting in dropped charges all three times, most recently this August.

As I type this, Obama is telling the American people, "Our troops are the steel in our ship of state."

This Commander-in-Chief has some nerve asking America to believe that he stands with the patriots serving in our military.

  1. If the guy was captured in 2002, then why wasn't he tried, convicted, and executed in 2003? That's how they would have handled this for the first 150 years of our country's existence. I'm really starting to think that this whole 'terrorism' thing is more than it appears.

  2. Mother--

    I agree.

I think many of today's progressives have ingrained in their belief systems that the U.S. is so powerful that we (they) cannot be seriously threatened, which is something that previous generations did not take for granted.

Those who know better are up to something nefarious.

  3. I'm going to have to research this Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri fellow sometime - he was arrested and spent nearly the whole Bush administration incarcerated. Why didn't Bush do something about him - I guess he's another progressive. In fact, I know that he is.
