They know this law is unconstitutional and that 28 of the 57 states hate it. So what is this all about, Dems?
From Netright Daily:
UPDATE: The Senate has voted to NOT repeal ObamaCare by a vote of 51-47. No Democrats supported repeal, including Ben Nelson (D-NE).On the other hand, the idea that the Obamatons can squeeze the money to pay for ObamaCare out of small businesses just bit the dust.
UPDATE: The vote to repeal the part of ObamaCare requiring massive 1099 filings has passed 81-17.__________
Whoa - I didn't hear about that 1099 vote. Thanks. (IM still hearing about the first vote on the news)
ReplyDeleteIt's clearly a step in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteI am a small business, and that 1099 REALLY pissed me off. Why Washington believes we have nothing to do but chase after their paperwork amazes me. Thank goodness for small favors. Wouldn't it be nice if just one businessman were in the democratic side of the Senate?
ReplyDeleteGovernment is the master of paperwork. This is one example of needing to pass the bill in order to find out what's in the bill. One item found, one item thrown out. Let's continue this process.
ReplyDelete@Tom - The Dems figured out that they can't fool all of the people all of the time.
ReplyDelete@LL - The GOP is doing the right thing, but the Dems are shameless.
@Odie - Somebody must have told the Dems that there wouldn't have been enough time between April 15 and election day for small business people to cool off enough to vote for a Dem for Congress.
@Teresa - There'd be a much less paperwork if Congress had to fill out the paperwork they legislate for us, starting with their own tax forms! To start with, they wouldn't have the time.
